CEO Kim Pearson will address key global water challenges at the Smart Water Technology Roundtable

Minneapolis, MN – May 8, 2018 – New Boundary Technologies, a leading provider of innovative Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications, announced today that CEO Kim Pearson will conduct a presentation at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development’s (DEED) Smart Water Technology Roundtable on Thursday, May 10, 2018.

Pearson’s presentation, taking place at the Uponor Training Center, will outline ways  Internet of Things (IoT) technology helps conserve water and energy, while improving overall water quality for municipal, agricultural and industrial users. He will share examples where New Boundary Technologies is helping solve global water challenges, including:

  • Enabling farmers to produce more food with fewer resources to feed a rapidly growing global population
  • Providing reliable and safe drinking water in communities with aging public water infrastructures
  • Preventing the spread of aquatic invasive species in lakes and rivers

Pearson will also join a panel of experts who will offer advice to attendees with water management challenges.

“Minnesota companies are global leaders in water technology”, said Pearson.  “We are pleased to partner with other Minnesota companies in the IoT ecosystem to deliver solutions that improve the management of water and waste water systems in municipal, industrial and agricultural applications.”
