The RemoteAware platform was designed to be end to end secure from its inception. It supports internet communications hardware and internet cloud services that encrypt data from the sensor to the cloud. Data from the cloud to user applications is encrypted with industry standard technologies.
RemoteAware servers are hosted in SSAE-16 compliant data centers. RemoteAware uses a built in roles-based security model to restrict what users can see and do.

Hardware Integration
The RemoteAware platform has out-of-the-box support for a broad range of commercially available IoT communication devices and IoT device clouds from leading manufacturers. Data from sensors and equipment can be communicated to the RemoteAware platform directly from the field devices or from industry-leading device clouds. Programming and testing new devices to communicate with the RemoteAware service typically takes 1-2 days.

Extensible
Most RemoteAware applications are created and delivered without any programming required. RemoteAware also offers rich APIs for software developers to extend RemoteAware applications.

Built-in Analytics
The RemoteAware platform has a rich and extensible set of built-in graphical and tabular charts for up to the minute asset inventory and status and historical analysis.
